I have had Julius as a service technician before and he has always been top notch! Today he installed a water heater. He instructed me how to do annual maintenance on the water heater to avoid problems and to extend its life(I have been a homeowner for 40 years and I was never told before that water heaters need annual maintenance!)

I shared part of this on my Google review already, but I'll add it here, too: Julius came out first thing this morning to help us fix a drain pipe that was sticking out too far and preventing us from installing a pedestal sink. He was polite, efficient, and very kind. He even went above and beyond by checking to see if the faucet set we bought would actually fit in our new sink--turns out it didn't, so he made a recommendation on what to get that would work best. Would recommend him for any future job. Thanks, Julius! 🙏
