Anthony did a great job and we talked about a solution to another problem of mine, but apparently he no longer works there. I would like to talk to him about that, if possible.

The overall experience rating is 4 because of the cost /pricing rating of 3. I asked about cost of the pressure switch part in the billing, but was told that the break out for the part cost had not been given. An online check with Ferguson indicates that pressure switches for the State hot water heaters ranges between $50 to $65. Even if it were $70, this leaves the cost of labor at $120. It seems that a labor cost of $120 for installing a pressure switch which is external to the hot water tank has two small nuts securing it to the heater body and two wire connectors is a bit high when a check up of the hot water heater was $79.

I’m glad I have an annual maintenance contract with Belair Engineering. I would most likely not keep my HVAC maintained consistently if I didn’t get their spring & fall reminders. As always, the staff is professional. I like that I can schedule my appointment via email. And they called a few weeks later to let me know there was an earlier opening if I was interested. Today’s technician was Anthony, who was pleasant and cordial. There were no reported issues with my HVAC. Per my inquiry, he took the time to show me how to hose down the pump to clear it of dirt and webs. It was appreciated.
