The rep found a problem that needs to be corrected and plans for Belair to come back to correct it, then the fall service will be completed. The furnace will continue to work well. He also recommended a by-pass device to protect against water coming on to the floor if there is a stoppage in the lines (I bought it). He also fixed the mounting to the wall of the remote device. I hope he is the rep that returns--he knows his business!
