Roger seemed to know a lot about servicing our heating and air conditioner unit. As he went about doing the fall service on our unit, he explained what he was doing. He was friendly and polite. as well as thorough and, knowledgeable . Thank you ,Roger, for the great service.

The technician was on time, professional and efficient. He had to order a furnace filter, however, and was supposed to contact us the next week to come install it. That was the 3rd of January and I've not heard another word about it.
