Leaking toilet and a sink Brandon explained the problem and what needed to be fixed There was a quick turnaround appointment to fix our issues We were very pleased with the results We used Belair for our fireplace insert So we were willing to choose them for plumbing needs and will call!

The technician was courteous and came early which I appreciate. Your company is the only company that gives the customer a 4 hour arrival window. You need to narrow that down to 2 hours like most service companies do. Our time is valuable as well.

Belair Engineering is on the ball. When our system malfunction in the middle of winter a service person came with in four hours and figured out the problem. Our part was in the following day and the unit was repaired. It is so important to have prompt service any time of year.
