I have been using Belair Engineering for over 25 years to tune-up my furnace and my A/C, and I recommend them highly.The service technicians have always been polite and knowledgeable.

I did not have a good experience with Belair this time...after Belair canceledthe first appt. with me scheduled for 11/28 on that morning and having gotten a friend to house sit for me so I could work, yesterday I raced home for what was supposed to be the first afternoon appt. because I had an evening appt. at 6P. Brenden did not arrive until almost 5:30 so I had to cancel my 6P appt. I know this was not Brenden's fault and he ran into unexpected problems prior to getting to my house. Having said that, you have a huge company with hundreds of customers I assume so to have no additional resources for unexpected delays is not stellar customer service. In addition, I had asked and was told that another tech would come yesterday to do my heat pump/air handler check so I would not have to take another afternoon off from work in a few wks. I was told another tech would come to perform those services yesterday. No other tech came so I will have to take time off again in order to accomplish this task. Aside from Brenden, not good service.

Service call was great, tech was wonderful. fireplace a little frustrating. We didn't know about 3d battery that kept fireplace from working. Had to wait a little too long for the appointment.

This service visit was for my fall check-up covered under my maintenance contract. Russell, my servicing technician, called an hour ahead of time to see if he could arrive earlier than his scheduled starting time. He advised me he would be there in 1/2 hour, which was 1/2 hour prior to the scheduled time. Wow....how often does this happen this day and age? He performed all review and maintenance items on the checklist efficiently and expediently. He was amicable, respectful, and polite. As a matter of fact, every technician from Belair has been very friendly and efficient. My 3-year-old heat pump system purchased and installed by Belair has been dependable and efficient, and I have been very pleased with the quality of services from this company.

The only inconvenience was that it took over 3 months from contract signing to completion.
