I had quite a few different things going on with my system at the same time. They never made me feel dumb or dismiss what I was telling them. They were diligent about finding out what was wrong. Can't thank them enough!!

Cory was very professional and polite. He even said excuse me as he walked in front of the tv and someone was watching. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. The only issue is the fact that the thermostat is not that old and the was out of warrantee and frozen causing the ac not to work. Expensive repair.
