Excellent service technician Surprisingly fast work An obvious master of his trade

Lightning surge damaged a board in the A/C heat pump. One service call to diagnose problem, second to replace the board. All covered by our service contract. Techs were polite and efficient. It was hot, but 5 days after a storm isn’t unreasonable since the part had to be ordered.

I had a small leak from a hot water pipe. Julius was very professional, showing me his findings and explained how the repair would work. All was done in a timely manner and the area was left clean. A very good result.

Anthony came out for our annual service visit today. He is absolutely wonderful. He did a thorough inspection of our unit, gave us some helpful suggestions and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for a job well done!
