3rd visit to fix the same issue, but I only paid the service fee one time (about $150). Issue was a poorly draining condensate HVAC line that went subsurface and the pipe occasionally leaked water on the floor. Twice, technicians came out and blew nitrogen to clear the line which lasted about 1-2 weeks each time. This newest rep (Jimmy) Identified the same issue but was able to provide an affordable solution instead of a bandaid approach and a "you might need to call a plumber if this doesn't work." He installed a small pump, ran a new barely visible drain line to drain into the washing machine drain, and sealed off the old leaking pipes. Final charge for this was about $190. Overall, the reps were friendly and professional and the cost was reasonable. If it was just the last rep this would be all excellent. The first two didn't propose this fix but service I feel was above average in total.

Quick, accurate, professional

Giovanni was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did more than any other technician that I have ever had. But, the window for his arrival, 1:00 - 6:00 is too long. I waited 5 3/4 hours for him.

I forgot about getting my heater serviced today. I was unavailable when Hugo came to my home and received two reminder phone calls. By the time I got the messages and called back, Hugo had already left my property. He was already down the road to his next appointment but agreed to turn around and come back. I apologized profusely for forgetting and thanked him for coming back. Great customer service and great company, even with a forgetful customer : )

Justin arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He was extremely thorough and professional. He replaced the system's air filter. He found a problem with the de-humidifier, which will be repaired at a later date, once the part arrives. We had no clue the de-humidifier wasn't working. He also showed us how to flush the drainage tube and explained what happens when it's not done on a regular basis. Belair's Justin was very helpful and took the time to show us how the system could work more efficiently.

Tyrone was one of the best technicians I have ever had to the house. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He determined the problem, and explained it in a way to easily understand. I am totally satisfied with his service.
