The tech (Rusty) called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled. He then arrived when he said he would, and was very pleasant and professional.
I've been doing business with Bel Air for over 10 years now. They installed our current HVAC system, and have maintained it ever since. Techs are prompt (within the time frame window), personable, and knowledgeable. Have had only one time the furnace didn't work, and they were out within 24 hours to fix it. They answer my questions patiently. One final note: when we were considering a fireplace insert, they actually advised against it since it turns out our fireplace is a non-standard size and to put in the insert would have required reworking the fireplace, which they counseled would not look good. So in this case, they put our best interest first and "lost that sale." However, they gained an ongoing grateful customer!
Justin arrived, called in, as required to enter the building. His appearance was clean and neat, dressed in company uniform to facilitate instant identification. His attitude was friendly and professional, did not interfere with ongoing activities. The early appointment was appreciated. Thank You
