Fine Mtce Checkup of A/C System
I was told that the service person would be to my home between 1-6 pm. He arrived at 5:10. So after waiting for 4 hours he arrives to my home and does a great 30 minute service. Why can't arrival times be updated as the day goes on so customers are not held hostage in their home? In this day and age of electronics this doesn't seem like an obstacle that can't be overcome.

My service technician ordered a faulty clip on the panel for the filter. We've had the unit about 3 years...have it serviced twice annually. I remember that the clip was faulty at installation of the new system so the unit kept cycling off because the seal was not tight enough to keep it running. I don't recall that we ever received a new clip so it took a little finessing to get the clip to hold the seal. Many kudos to our service tech for kindly ordering the part. He is exceptional!
