My nine year old, leaking hot water heater gave me more hot water than the lemon of a product that I spent almost $1700 to have installed. Since I had the AOSmith product installed, I must reset the heater daily and take more cold showers than I did when I served in the Peace Corps. Please come take it, and refund my money!!!

Roger, an excellent technician with very good people skills. This is not to kill the messenger but I was and am extremely disappointed that he did not have a 'globe' for the light with him on the truck. I very carefully noted the problem on my communication with your office because I didn't want to go without heating service following today's service. As I told Roger, the globe is such a small item with relative insignificant cost associated with it that a two + week advance notice of the issue makes the problem of today inexcusable. Roger just called and said Rick Corigan will be calling me tomorrow....I surely hope it is news that Roger will be coming back to install the globe and service the FP before the end of this week.

I looked on the service ticket and unfortunately did not see any mention to bring one out. We will get you an accent light/globe ASAP at NO charge to you. The "Techs" that you sent out are very good. Their warm caring personalities add to their professionalism. It has been a pleasure so far You are lucky to have them in your organization.
He comleted inspection, replaced filter. Had to call to reschedule appointment, first date was three months later. Not good.

He was very thorough and very informative and helpful. I was quite pleased and would love to have him service it in the future. There was no cost since the fireplace is relatively new and this service was included in purchase. The window of time was way too long in the beginning, but Gary worked the schedule out to be more accommodating.
Roger showed me the issue and how to address it the next time it happens. He was very helpful. I just wish, when the system was installed that I was made aware of this, so I didn't have to call for service. this is the second time I have learned something new about my system that I could address myself, if I had known more about the system.
Bel Air has provided us great service for over 15 years. All service people have been quite knowlgeable, Roger found the problem quickly.
