Reliable Furnace and AC Service in Annapolis

Roger showed me the issue and how to address it the next time it happens. He was very helpful. I just wish, when the system was installed that I was made aware of this, so I didn't have to call for service. this is the second time I have learned something new about my system that I could address myself, if I had known more about the system.

Bel Air has provided us great service for over 15 years. All service people have been quite knowlgeable, Roger found the problem quickly.

I had no problem with the service. Alex arrived reasonably early so that I didn't have to wait all morning. The problem was that I was never called to remind me of the service day, not did I receive an e-mail to remind me of the service. When I called your office Friday to verify that the service was still scheduled. the lady told me that I was sent a reminder via e-mail and that it might have gone to the spam directory. I checked the spam directory: no e-mail. No e-mail; no call.

I have been with Belair Engineering for many years and have always found them to be highly professional and exceedingly competent. They have always been responsive to my needs and can sometimes answer my questions and guide me through something over the phone, thus saving them and me a visit. If that doesn't work, they are at my door promptly to fix the problem. I don't know what I would do without them. Today's service person, Rusty, was great to work with.

I've been with Belair for heat/air conditioning service contract for over a decade - I'd been with a different company for 20 years prior, but they had become less reliable and more expensive. The service technicians are unfailingly polite and knowledgeable. I generally take a "first call" appointment, and my only disappointment is that sometimes this isn't until after 10am. I'd like it to be earlier.

The service rep was conscientious and thorough. He answered my questions and took away all the trash to be recycled.

Cory, was very nice and business like, seemed to know exactly what he was doing , also very neat. I asked his advice on something and he knew about what I was asking about and answered my question. helped me understand the thermostate better. I thank him for his help.
