Another Belair Engineering tech stayed till the job was done, troubleshooting an issue that I suspected was the result of a recent installation of an air scrubber. In fact it was a persistent noise resulting from earlier adjustments to my own subwoofer. I regretted having to call the company back, but they were very responsive.
