Belair is reasonable, reliable and very competent ! We trust them completely in their work and recommendations. Our entire neighborhood uses them.

The young man you sent was courteous and polite. He seemed knowledgeable about his job. He did not take long to check the system. I was impressed to see him polish and wax the outside AC condenser unit. He gets five stars.

Brought my AC/furnace unit couple years back from Belair Engineering. They have been around my area for a long time. Trustworthy and dependable comes to mind when dealing with them. They are always friendly and respond to whatever you need to have resolved. Their service Techs seem to be knowledgeable, and friendly and most always show up on time!! The tech recommended I might want to think of replacing my 17 year old water heater. Key word Recommended no pressure, no false fear tactics. So when I decide to replace I will most likely call Belair.

Prompt and terrific service. Called at ~ 10 AM and Brendan B arrived EARLIER (~ 12) than originally targeted (1 - 6). He mentioned trying for an early arrival due to potential water damage. He found the leak within 30 secs and resolved the problem!

This was a thorough furnace "check". When the serviceman completed checking out our gas furnace & explained what is what, I knew my furnace had been in capable hands. Highest of praise for Belair's employee.

Justin was great. He did the fall furnace tune up. He made me a lot more knowledgeable about my system so I could understand what types of options I might have in the future.

I have used Belair Engineering since 2009 and over the years I have purchased from them three compete HVAC units for properties I own. I also have been using the yearly service maintenance agreements. For all the years I have used the services of this company I have not had any complaints, they are easy to deal with, always on time, reliable and professional, also quick to respond in an emergency situation. They consistently provide excellent service and I would recommend them to anyone.
