I was disappointed in how long it took Belair to get a service person out to our house (almost 9 hrs) given that the service plan we purchased says we would receive “priority service”. Perhaps Belair should change the wording in the plan to “Same day” service. Dale did a great job, my service ratings reflect my disappointment in how long it took Belair to get a person to our house not Dale's service.

We have been belair customers for many years and most of the time it's been great! When something goes wrong they are responsive. There are a few improvements they could make-filters should be included in the service charge (which keeps increasing in price) and sometimes it seems the technician is trying to make a sale rather than maintain. But overall, we've been customers for a long time for a good reason!
