Roger and Rusty got my furnace humidifier working again and installed my new Carrier wifi thermostat.

Hugo Rodriguez, is so professional. I was so satisfied by his work ethic and professionalism, as well as politeness. He checked the furnace and the vents to make sure heat was flowing properly through vent system from the furnace. Hugo also cleaned the drain device that sits on the floor next to furnace (sorry dont remember name of device)--it was clogged. We were experiencing extreme cold temperatures affecting the heating cycles. I have to say this was the best experience with a technician with Belair Engineering. Wow.... Also thanks to Vic, Mark and Bonnie for helping me this disturbing intermittent issue and finding a cover for the thermostat. Very satisfied with the overall process!!! I would recommend Hugo and Belair Engineering any time.

Technician was great but we were told on the phone that they do service the type of fireplace we have but upon arrival were told they do not.

Great Job all around from Vic walking me back from 80 gal tank to a 66 gal. He was right that all I needed to Brendan who was very much on task installing my water heater. and this from is from my Son " It was the best shower of his Life" nuff said
