Challenging
My first appt was delayed as the technician was very late for a 1-6p range. He called me at 550p to tell me he could be there about 730p. Having already rearranged my schedule i wasn't thrilled. He told me they would call me in the am to reschedule. They did not and I had to call a day later. When the technician came and I had a problem with my unit afterwards, they scheduled another window to visit. Good thing someone was home on Friday because they arrived a day early! Not my best experience with Belair, but we aren't leaving yet.
Roger was very knowledgeable about the unit and explained the issue thoroughly.

available in short notice
Still waiting to receive estimate of subsequent work needed, though, and it has been almost a week. Would like to know that someone will be getting back to me instead of wondering if we have been forgotten.

2nd time is a charm
Bob did a very good job under some harsh attic conditions. I can't fault him for reversing the wires on one damper, as it was very hard to access and see.
