Not quite as good as usual. I asked for an EARLY morning appointment so I could keep another appointment at 11:30. The technician came around noon or so. My 87 year old mother was here for him, rather than me. We normally do not want the fireplace blower left on. The fireplace generates enough heat without it. The technician turned the blower on and left it on. I don't know how to turn it off. Normally, the technicians have rearranged the material to look more realistic and ember materials. If this was done, the result was not a particularly realistic looking fire. I appreciate the service and will continue to use Belair for the annual service. I have asked several times for the ability to pre-pay the service contract out for three years in the future. I am able to do that with other service contracts, such as furnace and a/c, so would like to do that with Belair, too. Please consider. And please tell me how to turn the blower off. Thank you.
