Reliable Heating and AC Service in Odenton

Roger the repairman: 5 stars (excellent). The price of the repair: 2 stars (pricey). The number of days before the repairman could come: 3 stars (average allowing for the holidays).

The serviceman was very meticulous about his work and did a thorough job. He explained everything completely while educating me about what he was doing/what was needed and when he left everything was cleaned up completely.

I would definitely ask for Joey on next year's checkups.

Very happy to educate me on my system and give a few ideas that might help me enjoy my fireplace.

Tyrone was exceptional. He explained everything he was going to do and was extremely professional. I moved a few items from the utility closet so that he could reach the furnace easily, and he replaced them himself. He even took a minute to fix my garbage disposal, a service I did not expect!

It took awhile, but they got it done. I didn't realize that they were having trouble until the end. They were very nice, but were not careful about slamming the front door. I was amazed at how fast BelAir come to my house for appointments and how quickly the job was scheduled for completion. I will use them again.

I have always had great service from a variety of technicians over the several years that I have had Belair for my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. I would highly recommend your company to any friends or neighbors.

Good service. Very polite b

Belair Engineering has been very accommodating with their schedule and has great communications. All of the technicians who have been to my house have been some of the most courteous service personnel I have ever worked with.

Mike B and his crew of three came in and went to work replacing our furnace and air conditioning, all in one day. They did a workmanlike job, cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant and courteous. While I lack the technical skill to "grade" their work like a foreman would, what I observed was done neatly and thoroughly, and at the end of the day, the A/C was back on. Mission Sucess.

Good value on the cost, excellent/courteous installation. Very happy

Roger was very informative and answered all of my questions. He is really nice guy.

Great very professional and courteous.

Awesome service. Woodrow is great!! Had AC fixed in 30 minutes.

I could not be happier with our new Carrier Infinity A/C and Belair Engineering. Technician King was extremely informative when he came to service the unit today, and is an excellent representation of the first class service that Belair Engineering provides. THANK YOU!

Staff/technicians are always courteous and professional. Over the years, Belair has installed in my home a new HVAC system, hot water heater, and sump pump. Highly recommend the company.

Gary K. could not have been more professional. Can I get him for every service call? Polite, respectful of my property, thorough, courteous, knowledgeable. He gave me tons of great advice about how to take care of my AC system. He belongs in front of a class room teaching other technicians on "How to Provide Exceptional Customer Service." He knows how to do it!!

Roger was probably the best service person you every sent to my home. He was very knowledgeable of the system he was repairing.
