Tyrone was exceptional. He explained everything he was going to do and was extremely professional. I moved a few items from the utility closet so that he could reach the furnace easily, and he replaced them himself. He even took a minute to fix my garbage disposal, a service I did not expect!

It took awhile, but they got it done. I didn't realize that they were having trouble until the end. They were very nice, but were not careful about slamming the front door. I was amazed at how fast BelAir come to my house for appointments and how quickly the job was scheduled for completion. I will use them again.

Belair Engineering has been very accommodating with their schedule and has great communications. All of the technicians who have been to my house have been some of the most courteous service personnel I have ever worked with.

Mike B and his crew of three came in and went to work replacing our furnace and air conditioning, all in one day. They did a workmanlike job, cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant and courteous. While I lack the technical skill to "grade" their work like a foreman would, what I observed was done neatly and thoroughly, and at the end of the day, the A/C was back on. Mission Sucess.
