Service technicians were very professional and actually arrive early after checking my availability. My one complaint is with the fall maintenance check. The set temperature was not holding, so I thought there was a problem with the thermostat, but I believe the technician changed the "hold temperature until setting." We'll see as I just re-set it.

He called to let me know what time he would arrive and arrived exactly as estimated. Used protectors on his shoes, since it was raining, which was very much appreciated. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. This technician was in and out of my home with no disruption. Very impressive. I wasn't certain I would remain a customer, but I think I'll stay awhile, if this technician is representative of the service I can expect in the future.
