I experienced the most delightful and painless process of contracting the replacement of our hot water heater. Many thanks and gratitude go to my new friends Rusty J and TJ at Belair Engineering and Service Company! It is an understatement you do not miss what you have until it is gone. In this case, our hot water heater started leaking on a Thursday evening, Belair Engineering came out the following day early in the morning. Monday morning, we had hot water again! Extremely impressed by the expedient and technical expertise of Rusty and TJ. It is testament to the investment in their employees/staff at Belair. Of course, their customer service etiquette made me feel as if I were at home (in the south). They even ensured the under carriage of my washer/dryer were dry. I will contact Belair Engineering for all my AC/Heating, plumbing and fireplace products/services. They are reliable, cost conscious, and very thoughtful. Again, I cannot stress when you are going through a mechanical breakdown, these are the professionals to solve your issues!

The technician Mark was very professional and explained everything he was doing.

We had the annual Spring HVAC system check up as per our Belair contract. We received the usual excellent service. The field technician was Mark #54 who gave the system a thorough inspection. He did not rush through the job. He answered all my inquiries, but did not try to upsell me. I have trust in his recommendations and observations. Dealing with the folks in the Belair office is also a pleasure.

Warren from Bel Air Engineering was very kind, considerate, and did a fabulous job. He explained about the service contract and suggested things I should suggest next Spring. He even explained that his company also works on plumbing issues. I used Bel Air Engineering for my heater and air conditioner when we first moved into bowie 50 years ago and when they moved out of Bowie 30 years ago, I thought they moved out of the area. I am sure glad that they are still in business and I am sure glad I am on their service contract again.
