The technician, Santos M, was thorough and professional during the HVAC check up service. He took the time to answer my questions and explain his measurements. He made a simple repair quickly and did a few extra thins such as hosing off the condenser coils on the outside unit.

Mow C arrived on time and did a thorough job checking the heat pump. He explained everything that he saw. I am no w confident that we will have reliable heat this winter.

The tech was very thorough checking out the heat pump. Also liked that he wore shoe covers while in the house. Even gave the condenser coils a thorough hosing.
