Brought wrong filter. This happens almost every time. I tell the person that calls for the appointment to double check and they assure me it will be taken care of. This always meens an extra trip from you employee, and it's NOT their fault.

Roger is phenomenal at his job. He displays the most impressive analytical skills and most quickly determines what's causing equipment to malfunction. He's worked on both of my units and identified faults that others had missed. When I see Roger hopping out of his van, I know that my problem will soon be fixed!
