This was the first time that Abe from Belair Engineering Technician serviced our Carrier System. Abe was very friendly and professional and was very thorough both checking out the A/C unit and answering my questions. It was nice meeting him and I look forward to seeing him again to check out our Heating system in the fall.

This was my first time meeting Dathan Brown, Belair Service Technician. Dathan was very professional; answered all my questions; very efficient in what he was doing, and completed the A/C maintenance in a timely manner. Dathan is a definite asset to Belair Engineering.

Have had a service contract with Belair Engineering and Service Company since 2008. The Mrs. and I have always been very happy with the company and the service technicians that have performed maintenance over the years. The last two times service appointments were scheduled, Warren G. was the technician sent by Belair that provided the maintenance service. His professionalism, personality, and detail to the service tasks were outstanding. If available, we will specifically request that Warren G. service our heating unit when we set up our next appointment in the fall of 2016.

Warren was very professional, conscientious, and methodical when checking and performing the maintenance testing of our home heating system. Additionaly, he discussed and recommended steps for my wife and I to take in order to better maintain our overall heating and a/c system. Going through his check list and testing, Warren recommended that a part needed to replaced because of wear and age. Warren assured us that Belair Engineering would be contacting us to set up an appointment for the replacement part.
