I have used Belair Engineering for quite a few year, and have always enjoyed their service. My most recent service call was for the A/C Tune-Up and my service technician was Jimmy K. He was OUTSTANDING, and he explained what he was doing and why. I am very, very pleased with Jimmy K. and will make it a point to request his service in the future!

Professional, timely and courteous

Bel Air technicians are always "on point' in reference to service. So far, I haven't received a technician I didn't like.

I was happy the technician called before he arrived and was actually early for the appointment. He explained why the thermostat was defective in terms I could understand and indicated it would be replaced. Since he doesn't carry that particular thermostat on the truck, I will be contacted when it will be available for installation.

I saw Belair Engineering on the side of a van. I had my daughter write down the number and gave them a called. I didn;t know anybody who had ever used them and I had never heard of them. I am so so glad I gave them a called. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. I will be referring them to others and using them again in the future.l

The service rep that came out today to check on my unit was suburb. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I really did appreciate being informed of how he was checking out the unit.

I greatly appreciate the quick follow-up to Ron N's job estimate on Wednesday. Carlos arrived Thursday during the scheduled time frame and completed the installation and clean-up within an hour. He confirmed my suspicion that the old humistat was not working when he showed me how corroded the parts were; he was also able to install the new one in the same location as the old. Thanks to Team Ron-Carlos, I got the model I needed at the time I needed it for a fair price. The only glitch in the whole process was determining the balance I owed upon job completion. The amount was indicated on the service order, but Carlos mistook the model number of the humistat for the balance, and I didn't notice the mistake myself until after he left and I was going over the paperwork. The result was that I payed more on the balance than I should have. I will call the office to rectify the situation, and I'm confident Belair Engineering will resolve this honest mistake to my satisfaction.
