I shared part of this on my Google review already, but I'll add it here, too: Julius came out first thing this morning to help us fix a drain pipe that was sticking out too far and preventing us from installing a pedestal sink. He was polite, efficient, and very kind. He even went above and beyond by checking to see if the faucet set we bought would actually fit in our new sink--turns out it didn't, so he made a recommendation on what to get that would work best. Would recommend him for any future job. Thanks, Julius! 🙏

After being out of hot water for 7 days and Belair doing nothing to help, Julius came and installed the part the company said was broken (based off the advice of a non professional in the field who also works for them) he then told me I should have had hot water as the part he was told to install isn’t fixing that. After I explained my issues he immediately went back assessed the heater figured out the problem and started working on a fix. I needed a part and since the company didn’t have the decency to send a plumber the first time he as a professional plumber worked hard to get my part the same day. The company wanted me to wait an additional two to three days to get the part. Julius came back fixed the issue waited long enough to allow the water to get hot before he left. I give him 5 out of 5 stars and the company 0. I am very happy with Julius and extremely disappointed in Belair. Belair you have an outstanding worker you can learn something from his work ethic and professionalism.

The service was excellent. Yahony was friendly and professional and he did a great job. He performed the maintenance service and then reviewed the addressed items on the spec sheet with me, which I appreciated. Great work, I’m ready for the winter. 🙂
