I gave 5 stars for convenience because there was a mix up on the date and you accommodated us. Usually though asking if someone wants the morning and you give a time frame of 8 to 1:00, that is not necessarily the morning. Many times the service person arrives around 12 or 1 and doesn't finish until 1:30 or 2, that is not the morning.
