From the heads up call that there was a delay to the time John was arriving was really good customer service. Once arrived, quickly determined course of action to get our gas fireplace operating. I know how busy it is this time of year and appreciate the service of notification. The cost was around the estimate provided when I called for the service.

Giving a 5-hour window for a scheduled maintenance visit seems like an antiquated business practice in this day and age. This technician kindly gave a 30-min call-ahead notice of when he'd be there. Not all the techs do that unfortunately. Wish they did.
