Home AC unit froze. Technician diagnosed problem and placed order for parts and repair. In the meantime, charged the system so that AC works. Thoroughly explained issue and fix. Also provided helpful information to enhance the air quality and comfort in the home.

Hugo called when on his way, arrived right on time, was efficient, clean, very polite and personable. He explained what he did and asked if I had questions. A great service experience was had.

Tony showed me how dirty my coil was and I was shocked. Shocked because he was the first guy to ever do that. I have had that system for 17 years with a contract for 17 years. I have had the service check done twice a year for 17 years and never have I had anyone show me the coil. Jason has come out to my house the last few times and he said nothing and I am sure it was dirty then too. I want Tony to do all my service checks in the future

The technician (Santos) who was at my house today and did a fantastic job replacing the water pipes in the ceiling of our utility room. He was very knowledgeable about the work he was doing.

Spring AC check-up. Tech called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. Very efficient and personable.

My fireplace was not working and although I'm pretty handy around the house, the fireplace sat for 8 years unused. Russell came in and had it working in a few minutes. Best of all, I can get rid of that eyesore space heater we were using in the winter. I highly recommend Belair Engineering.
